Realizing that any socioeconomic system can be corrupted, I long ago decided that capitalism probably was the best, because with enough effort, you can at least earn a decent living...yet I still am forced to work with people who insist our system is the Worst...must be nice to pull in a fat salary and then complain about the system...
Watch this and maybe learn a thing or two...

ReplyDeleteCapitalism based upon fair competition is great, but the current trends seem to be collusion of governments with corporations. Monsanto's riding roughshod over farmers all over the world is a good example. They think their patented DNA that blows everywhere gives them rights to crops they did not plant or harvest. (I have no love for socialism at all, but capitalism in health care can be pretty scary. Obama care, in spite of our beliefs about Obama's political philosophy, is radical capitalism.)

ReplyDeleteYou and millions of others, it is the reason that the Koch brothers have managed to gain such power and control that they feel free to no longer hide in the shadows.
ReplyDeleteIf the state provides everything, then why go to work...? If the state takes all the wealth I amass, why bother to earn it, just to give it away. Thats a silly an idea as saying something is too big to fail....
