Senior's Bill of rights

The Republican party does in fact have some ideas that probably would help get Obama's health Care package thru as a bi-partisan bill..question is, will the Democratic Party step up?

  1. Tort Reform should come before Health Care Reform, but Democrats owe too much to the sleezy lawyers like John Edwards. These people become gazillionaires suing Doctors, raising insurance rates, and generating unnecessary tests to cover the Dr.'s butt.

  2. And so have the sleazy republican lawyers. But to tell the truth, both the sleazy republican lawyers and the sleazy democratic lawyers were going after the worthless slice and dice doctors and the hospitals that covered for them. That is until ol Buddy Bush stepped in and put a cap on suing doctors. If you knew how much wrong doing went on in hospitals, you wouldn't want to step foot in one. A fucking nurse killed my father and the hospital did a big cover up before they even called us in to let us know that our father was dead. We were in too much shock and grief at the time to think straight, and by the time we were, it was too late to sue the bastards!

  3. By the way, in case you don't know this since we are talking about health care, if you take the H1N1 (swine flu) vaccine and it causes you serious harm, you can't sue the bastards and the US government is pushing through these vaccines without waiting for proper testing. Way to go Glorious Leader.

  4. I think you are right...anything developed by NIH is covered by the Federal "you cant sue me" law that exempts the government. I think that is correct. So maybe if we had government healthcare it would be defacto tort reform, since you wouldn't be able to go after them? What a bunch of &*^$%*^#!
