My thoughts…
Sometimes I feel like Sarah Connors in the Terminator, trying to get people to believe...
I know, you doubt my sincerity
Maybe you choose to think I am wacky or irreversibly stupid. Maybe having a master degree in political science does that to a person, I just don’t know.
I didn’t vote for Barack Obama (BO), but I don’t subscribe to the “I hope he fails” school of thought, as posed by conservative blowhard Rush.
The assumption that BO is a masterful thinker is unproven; his ties to Chicago politics reveal that a calculating young man with a sense of what he wants to do (ambition) would go far. His back room deals in Illinois reveal the nature of the man. His wife and he have been called closet socialists…maybe.
Ask yourself the questions.
· What if economic chaos happens, Wall Street becomes valueless, and it cost $2000 to buy a six pack?
· Or the reverse…people keep making money, but can’t afford to live any more because taxes (Federal, State and local) keep going up, like here in California. (sales tax goes up in April to almost 10%, incomes tax rates goes up, credits get reduced)
· Unemployment hits Depression levels of 23%…then what?
· What happens when the currency collapses? Will we merge with Mexico and Canada and actually have a new currency, the Amero?
· What if Mexico continues downward and 100 million Mexican refugees flood California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas.
· Are we really heading towards a North American Union?
I can’t change your mind, and really, I don’t want to.
The best learning is from discovery, realization that lights up the proverbial light bulb in your head. I urge you to read and discover, don’t be a pumpkin sitting in front of the tube all day…
