Well, I am really getting into the symphony thing- I guess its a sign of age, and more income. I decided I really like the one I went to, so I got tickets for another in the bay area. It was good, no, it was pretty great really. So much so that when I was home the next day, I went online and found another concert to go to, in yet another venue, at the university next month.

another Entry for March 16, 2007
I forgot to mention- there is an awful lot of stuff a person can do for themselves. Recently I saw a Tv ad for buying a new computer with Microsoft Vista, and the store technical assistance sub company says they can help you transfer your files from your old computer to your new one -for $100!!!
I need to mention that if you are migrating your files, spend the $100 on a external drive, and let Microsoft file transfer wizard coach you through the task. Here is a link to Microsoft advice on how to do that.

if you encounter trouble with Vista, read this:

Also, if you like internet based stuff, check out the offerings from Google:

Entry for March 16, 2007
well it has been awhile, and I really need to write more, instead of vegging out in front of the TV.
Especially since most of the time its so boring.
Today at work I got news my temporary assignment (limited duration promotion) was being made into a permanent promotion (yay!!) so now I don't have to worry about having to find another position next year.
My friend Angie almost immediately was emailing me transfer opportunities, since permanent tenure grants you the ability to transfer if you so desire to another department.
Anyways, Happy St Patrick's Day!
