Why does President Obama want to hurt USA???

Well, the headline today was Obama saying not to spend your money in Vegas...and immediately catching it from BOTH Senators from Nevada. I personally don't care for Las Vegas, but my daughter loves going there, and I know lots of people do...and why not, there is lots to DO there, besides gambling...

Any way, so here is the note he sent to Harry "Soon to be Retired" Reid...what a bunch of trash...not one iota of truth comes from the oral orifice of the man..

He didn't mean don't spend college money, but its OK to vacation there In Las Vegas...what a crock..

I bet the spin machine went crazy realizing what he said and that he plans to visit there soon..

and to think people actually expected more from this smuck

We would have been better off with Hillary!

  1. Oh, geez, I'm so worried! Will Harry be fully covered by health insurance? Perish the thought that the poor dear would have to wait in an emergency room for treatment.

  9. An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth leaves everyone blind and toothless.

Perhaps all of those who hate will kill each other off and the rest of us can build a future.

    Peace.

    Out.

  11. Dont' you mean Freedom for all without Tyranny and Taxation?

Perhaps one day will live again with liberty, in which our country was founded on.

    God Bless America

  12. Obama is a control freak... He cant be for America because he is for himself and his OWN personal agendas . Just in the fact that so many dont want the health care it should be enough to sit up and pay attention but he feels that he knows whats good for America. Its like we dont have enough sense to get out of the rain in his mind. Whats even worse is his libtards followers are REFUSING to see or hear that its going to get them OUT of office soon. But its like that wont happen to them and its happening even now. This is one of the absolute worst presidents in the history of America and hes proved that time and time again with his anti-american outlook, attitude, the horrible things he says, his mannerisms and his agendas trying to push us into socialism, obvious marxism and sometime communistic ideas. That man didn't have enough experience to run a snow cone stand behind him and yet the Dems/liberals pushed him like he was some messiah and many even proclaimed him the new savior...... OMG the nerve of the people we trusted doing that to us and this country !!!!! WEll,, i can only hope they have enough common sense now to admit that they made a mistake but I DOUBT IT !!! Now its going to be up to the honest enough citizens to UNDO the mammoth severely damaging mistake that was made and start voting out the brain damaged ones that cant see or smell the mountainous dung pile of damage and mistakes building up before their eyes and nose ! We ( the people and our grandchildren) will be paying for this disaster for years to come and its we the people that will be doing the suffering.
Oh and yes... what about that birth certificate? If' O is so legit then why wont he show his birth certificate? That would stop all the speculation and doubt. But no he wont.... something really stinks there and its not America its Obama the pretender and his backers.
YES... GOD PLEASE BLESS AMERICA !!

  13. I do not have a Constitutional right to shout "fire" in a crowded theatre. I do not have a constitutional right to make a telephone threat to bomb a federal building. I do not have a Constitutional right to call a man a fool to his face. These are all crimes. I do have a right to dislike someone.

My concern is not a legal one really.

My concern is that hatred is a waste of time and life.

  14. Why would you think that I meant something other than what I said?

  15. By what you have stated in your comment that you what them all to kill each other!

Do you think you will be still standing in the end?

Because the American people of this country do not or will not surrender ( hasn't history taught you anything?

  16. Hate is a very strong word, I think that would mean that you cared about the person that you hate when using this term.

So I would say that these people, and I are really disguised with Mr. Obamantion & his minions, And Yes WE DO HATE WHAT HE HAS & STILL DOING TO THIS COUNTRY!

*NOTICE That I used the word hate in the right contends "For we love our country & We will defend her, and defend your right to be a complete ass

Jerome: I think you mean "want". Where did I state that I wanted them to kill anyone? Although I am a believer in public debate I think it can be done without misquoting people or attributing to them statements they did not make.

Hate whomever you like. Life is short. No reason for me to waste much energy trying to convince either side not to hate. I just thought I would mention it. Sometimes if you tell someone the shoe is untied they will stop and tie it. Sometimes they wait until no one is looking. Either way...it keeps them from falling and hurting themselves or someone else.

If you hate someone your shoe is untied.

  19. Whatever, I don't have time to play your little twist the word game, I'm pretty sure everyones know what you meant, so spin away.

Also my shoes are tied & at times I wear boots.

  20. Jerome: I am not at all sure why you would attempt to convert a real idea into a "word game". Or even think that I was attempting to.But you are of course free to think whatever you wish.

  21. OK, break it up, ...freedom of speech is not hateful, although it may be unpleasant.
And for the record "I do not have a Constitutional right to call a man a fool to his face. These are all crimes. I do have a right to dislike someone." is inaccurate.

Calling someone a fool is protected speech, in New York Times v. Sullivan, 376 U.S. 254, 84 S. Ct. 710, 11 L. Ed. 2d 686 (1964), the U.S. Supreme Court declared that the First Amendment protects open and robust debate on public issues, even when such debate includes "vehement, caustic, unpleasantly sharp attacks on government and public officials."

In Sullivan, a public official claimed that allegations about him that had appeared in the New York Times were false, and he sued the newspaper for libel. The Court balanced the plaintiff's interest in preserving his reputation against the public's interest in freedom of expression, particularly in the area of political debate. It decided that, in order to recover damages, a public official must prove actual malice, which is knowledge that the statements were false or that they were made with reckless disregard of whether they were false.

Having a dislike is an opinion, also not illegal. Yet.

  22. Canicem: Calling someone a fool is protected speech, in New York Times v. Sullivan, 376 U.S. 254, 84 S. Ct. 710, 11 L. LOL...Oh really? Perhaps Your Honor can tell me the meaning of "actual malice" from that case. But more importantly the legal distinction between what can be said about a "public figure" without fear of civil or criminal prosecution and what verbally abusive remarks can be addressed to private persons who have not cast themselves into the public forum openly inviting criticism. Calling someone a fool may or may not be protected speech depending on the circumstances and the intent behind the statement.

Now here is the case I want to jury try. A calls B a fool in the grocery. B says "If you say that one more time I am going to stop you". A says it again. B punches A in the mouth. B is charged with misdemeanor assault.

It is the criminal offense of "Harrassment" for A to call B a fool. It really is. It is violation but it is in fact a crime. Now it is a defense to an intentional assault charge that the Defendant (B) used physical force to prevent A from continuing to engage in criminal activity by calling B a fool. Just like self defense and other defenses it can be a defense that a person used physical force to prevent another person from committing a crime.

In my state...if you see a burglary in progress you can kick some burglar ass. But the grocery fight scenario...
Thats the case I want to try in front of a jury.
